Drug Use
If people take pills after an injury for a short time that's okay. There is a problem with taking pills to kill pain (like Ibuprofen) all the time.
Over time these drugs, even Tylenol® and Advil® can destroy kidneys, liver, and the stomach, yet lots of people are told to take them on a regular basis.
Patients who have arthritis are told to take them, even though the chemicals in these drugs can also destroy your joints. Arthritis is a condition that involves your joints being destroyed, and the pills make it worse!
This is what doctors are telling you to do... That's why I have to tell you, these pills don't make you healthy. They only treat symptoms.
We don't understand why teenagers are growing up and taking drugs... Where does it start? Maybe it starts every time something doesn't feel good, someone says "here's another pill," and we get conditioned.
Maybe that's where the drug problem starts, and if we would stop popping a pill
every time we become uncomfortable, maybe we can eliminate some of these problems instead. Maybe our children will follow our example.
